Follow these simple steps to access your Windows business account:

Turn on Your Computer
Press the power button on your company-issued computer or laptop. Ensure it's plugged in. -
Wait for the Login Screen
After powering on, your computer will display the Windows login screen within about a minute. -
Check the User Account
You'll see a name displayed on the login screen. If it's your name, enter your password or PIN to log in. -
If the Name Isn't Yours

Click on "Other User" in the lower-left corner of the screen.

Type your work email (ending in
@company.com). Personal emails (like Gmail or Outlook) won't work here.

Enter Your Password or PIN
Type in your work password or PIN (if you've set one up previously). Ensure you type it correctly. -
Log In Successfully
Once your details are entered correctly, you'll access your Windows workspace where you can view emails, documents, and start your tasks.
